My mom's S6 is responding weird since the latest ota. When she tries to go unlock the phone the screen goes black in a second. She has to quickly press the option to enter backup password. Anyone have the same issue?

Restore new Moto X from a TWRP backup of old Moto X after unlocking bootloader.
Hey all,
Just a quick question here. I got a new replacement for my Moto X Pure that seemed to have a charging port get stuck in usb charging only.
Can I unlock the bootloader then flash TWRP and after that restore a TWRP backup I have saved from the old phone to the new one? Will that work and save me all the time of re-rooting and xposed intstalls?
I can't recall ever having an issue like this where I replaced the phone and then restored a backup from the other phone.
Thanks,
Hasherx1

Moto G 2015 CDMA variants unlocking bootloader and/or root
Hello, rather than continuing to post in other threads and going OT there, I though I would start a new thread here. I am getting my Moto G 2015 CMDA through Virgin Mobile in the mail soon. I am really hoping there is some way to achieve unlocked bootloader and root. Has anyone with the Sprint, US Cellular or Virgin Mobile CDMA variants been able to achieve either?
Alberto97 posted in the osprey CM Rom thread (post 361) that he thought it seems possible.
Anyone with information please post for me and other users, we would greatly appreciate it.

Unlocking 7D-501L's bootloader
If you hold a X1 7D-501L and wish to unlock its bootloader to flash 3rd party recovery or modded ROMs, all you need to do is to flash the B102 ROM released by Huawei Germany.
B102 ROM is a KK 4.4.2 with EMUI3.0 and GAPPS.
Huawei's standard flashing procedures apply.

Question on Unlocking bootloader
So if I want to unlock the bootloader on day 1, I just have to boot into fastboot mode, plug into my computer, start adb, and then run "fastboot oem unlock"? I've never had a nexus before so I'm not sure if this is the right procedure.
Unlocking.....
I bought an asus zenfone 2e from walmart, it's locked to at&t. I didn't realize I couldn't use it with T-mobile. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do without having to spend any more money to be able to use it with the carrier I currently have. I'm a disabled vet and I have a fixed income and every penny counts. Thanks.
