How I solved my bluetooth stutter on the latest CM12.1 rom.

I've been suffering severe bluetooth stutter on all CM12.1 based rom's and kept having to revert to stock rom's. So I thought I'd try something and flashed a newer bootloader and modem and that has solved it for me.
I found the newest bootloader in this thread in Alexndr's thread

and used Looki75's latest POI1 modem AP file which I then flashed through ODIN. (Thanks to everyone there who pointed me in the right direction)
I then added this to the bottom on build.prop
ro.bluetooth.request.master=true
(Credit to whoever you are - I can't remember the post where I read it)
Just a reboot and my issues have been solved, hope this helps everyone out.

latest playstore update, crashing.

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with the latest playstore update?

I've done all the usual suggestions, even tried reverting back to older version and still problems after update... I restored system backup and playstore still didn't work until i formatted internal sd card, then it worked until it updated and again same problem.

wifi problem with latest cm12.1 nightly builds

Hi,

for some nighly builds, I think it started with the build 20151022, I cannot use my wifi anymore.

My Z2 gets the IP from the router and that is it. Behaviour did not change with the latest builds.

The wifi-symbol and the service/network-symbol are both shown with an exclamation mark.
The wifi-icon in settings is orange, not blue.

Is it the nightly build or my Z2?? Don't know what to do...

Anyone with issues with finger print reader unlocking S6 since latest ota update?

My mom's S6 is responding weird since the latest ota. When she tries to go unlock the phone the screen goes black in a second. She has to quickly press the option to enter backup password. Anyone have the same issue?

Most Stagefright fixes were made, except CVE-2015-6602.
Stable, smooth and with good battery life.
You can change this rom to any region or country by replacing the cache.img and hidden.img files. I used files from OA1 (BTU).

Latest Chrome Version Disables Touchpad and USB Mouse

Hi Folks,

Interesting behaviour...

Docked TF701T - Kitkat 4.4.2 (stock, not rooted)
Chrome - 46.0.2490.76

It appears that running the above version of Chrome will cause my keyboard dock touchpad mouse, and any USB attached mouse, to get disabled. Indeed, writing this makes me think that the dock has nowt to do with it, but the mouse interrupt handling area of Android is being messed with by Chrome.

Has anyone else seen this?

The behaviour appears to be that everything works fine for a brief moment while Chrome loads up, but after an undetermined amount of time (of the order of a few seconds), the mouse interrupts (I'm guessing) no longer get handled. The mouse stops responding to input, and, eventually, the mouse pointer disappears, never to reappear again (the pointer disappearing isn't directly a symptom - it's simply disappearing as expected in the absense of any mouse input).

Toggling the enable/disable touchpad key has no effect. However, undocking the keyboard, then re-docking brings the mouse back again for a brief period before the interrupts get ignored/blocked after a few moments.

Disabling Chrome seems to prevent this issue from arising (writing this using the stock Browser instead) and the mouse pointer is still happy...

I've not tried the dev or beta versions of Chrome yet.

What's the latest on rooting the Mate7?

Hi everyone, I have a new M7 which I would like to root just to de-bloat and customise a bit. I'm not worried about installing ROMs as I'm quite happy to use KitKat for now. I cannot find a reliable way to root this thing or unlock the bootloader. Every thread I read about it has dead download links etc and the Huawei bootloader code service seems disabled or faulty?

Does anyone have relevant and recent information on resolving this?

Bug of the latest build of windows 10 (10572)

the latest build of windows 10 is more stable than other and very fast and no more resuming lower memory device..and there is an also option to run cortana in ENGLISH(india), it perrity good.microsoft also introduse new storage sence app .but its littel bit buggy. the problem is that after i upgrade my phone to latest build it can't show me the sd card ..for this i try to restart my phone,soft reset but i cant see sd card option..then i hard reset the phone so i can able to use sd card but no more after one time restart the same problem occurs.

HOX+ with latest Elegancia (stock look) cant make calls

Hi all,
long time lurker, first time poster.
I just flashed my old UK Vodafone HTC One X+ with Elegancia (latest version, stock look) and all seems fine apart from making calls. The radio bars show connection (although it does drop out at times) but when you dial it hangs for a few seconds then beeps and drops. When first setting it up i did get a notification from virgin asking if i want the usual mms set up etc but not sure if this took hold or not

Ive sniffed around the forums but cant find much specific to my issue.
Bad rom install? Radio issue?

Guys, what would be the latest TWRP for our SM-G920T, and where would I find an Odin-flashable TWRP file? (Somehow I do not trust TWRP Manager with the task of flashing TWRP.)

Installed latest Blisspop OTA, now my USB isn't detecting on my PC

Can't detect the device at all, or use ADB/Fastboot. I've read in the Blisspop page that it can be fixed by flashing the K2 Kernel DTB file, but without fastboot access, how am I meant to do that?

What is the latest recovery I should be on? KatKiss-5.1.1 TF201.

I have flashed KatKiss-5.1.1 TF201 and now I am on a TWRP 2.8.3.0 for the tf300t.
I want to upgrade my recovery. Should I upgrade to the latest TWRP for tf300t? which is TWRP 2.8.7.0
or should I upgrade to the latest TWRP for tf201? which is kang TWRP 2.8.7.2?

Does it matter? if so how? Does this control how my prime is recognized by the laptop?
