Which RUU to use?

Can anyone tell me where I can find the right RUU for my device? I accidentally whiped my OS this morning :o. I can get into my bootloader and TWRP, so I'm thinking installing the appropriate RUU will do the trick, right?
Do I have to gain root first, or am I good to go?
