Installed latest Blisspop OTA, now my USB isn't detecting on my PC

Can't detect the device at all, or use ADB/Fastboot. I've read in the Blisspop page that it can be fixed by flashing the K2 Kernel DTB file, but without fastboot access, how am I meant to do that?
