How can i mirror my screen to my tv? Without a Network

Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone knows a way to mirror my screen to my tv. Its a Samsung smart tv with wifi. Right now im running Cataclysm M rom and I've tried a few different ways with no luck. I've seen a few videos that show kitkat had an option under display to mirro screen but its not there in M. I know i can use Chrome cast but i dont have a network at home right now. Any ideas?

Nexus player - can external HDD connected via OTG be shared over Network (Wi-Fi)?

Ok, here is the problem I need to solve:
I have Nexus Player and external SSD I want to use as a storage.
I know that I can connect it to Nexus Player directly and play media from it by using ES file manager and Kodi.
I was able to share a folder on my laptop and NP has access and can play media from that with no issue.

The problem is that I have not found anything online on whether it is possible to connect an external storage to NP and then share it. In my particular case, I want to have the ability to upload files from my PC directly to that storage and then play it from NP.

All previous similar topics seem to focus on connecting that external drive directly to network (NAS), but I do not have that option.

Any help appreciated.

[HELP] Not registered on network-Selected network unavailable

So, i got this problem on my Galaxy S3 Neo(GT-I9301I) after installing a stock rom with Odin.However, it did't happen right away it happened two days later. I tried every guide and method i could find to fix this issue but it just wouldn't work. After all that i believe that my efs folder got messed up and the worse is that i didn't create a backup, but the good thing is that my S3 still has it's IMEI. Is there anything i can do?

Changing DNS settings of data network (3G)

Hello,
Since Imgur.com is blocked in my country I'm trying to change the DNS settings of the data network (3G) and I've tried lots of apps already, but none of them worked.

1) Maybe a silly question but why is it so difficult to change the data network's DNS settings ? Aren't the DNS IP's written in some file ?
2) Is it possible to change the DNS to Google DNS without using an app and / or VPN ?
3) Which app would do the trick ? Any recommendations for the HTC One Max ?

I'm on Android 5.0.2 (NuSense6).

Any realtime network traffic monitor app?

Is there any traffic monitoring apk in realtime? I found my mobile was frequently downloading or uploading something even when I didn't open any app. So I want to know which apps are downloading and/or uploading at that time. Can anyone suggest me an app or widget (more preferable) which can monitor realtime traffic?

Network speed cm 12.1 n900

I flashed cm 12.1 on my note3 n900. I have a problem with 3g network speed. It's very slow, similar to 2g. Any one like me?

[Q][cm 11] Moto G /mount network device

Hello,
Is there a feature in the cm 11 build to mount storage located in home network with cifs/smb?

I want to do this and I dont even know if that is possible.
I have a hdd connected tru wifi in my home network. I want to mount it someway in my android system. So picture app or music app can find the files as if they were locate on internal SD. Atm I only can connect on the hdd with ghostcommander and play the file manually but the apps cannot find anything automatically.

SM-G925T, no network, data connection working, Sim unlocked , in brasil

I have problem with my 925T stock rom version LMY47X.G925TUVUD0I1
Was rooted for sim unlock with this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmob...nlock-t3186826, then restock , re flash stock rom using smarthswitch, using emergecy recovery method and then i apply ota update with out problem
All working fine, i testing in USA and Spain, not problem
I have to move to work to brasil and problems arrive
I try with 3 diferents sim cards of 3 operators, TIM , VIVO , CLARO, same problem always
The 925T connect to operator for few minutes and then searching for other minutes the network and finally say no service, the strange thing is allways have data connection 4g 3g edge o gprs, internet access works fine,if i force to search and connect , connect for few minutes again, and then go to no service
Any idea what happen? i have units 925T of 32 gb and other 925T 64gb , same problem

No signal and can not find network manually

I have replaced the screen for my Sony Z3. After I did that it shows no signal and I am not able to search for network manually either. It is just searching.... When I try to call it says "no radio". Any suggestions?

No Network Signal on GT-I8190

Hello I just got a SIII Mini GT-I8190 From a friend who told me that it doens't accept sim cards.
Phone bought in greece and it's factory unlocked>
Thing is that Phone accepts sim cards(asking for pin code) but then it wont(?) Register to any network.
When it starts is says Emergancy call only and after a while it says nothing.
Imei is the same as in the backside sticker.
I Installed Cwm,rooted and installed that file http://d-h.st/oNG

But didn't see any fix.
When i press *#1234# i take these:

AP :I8190XXANC2
CP :I8190XXANC2
CSC :I8190EURANC1

I suspect that is hardware related problem, but it would be nice if i could make all the moves so i know that it's hardware related and not software.
Btw Device is on official 4.1.2 firmware.
Any Help would be appreciated

Swapping phones on Metropcs network.

So I had to switch from T-mobile to Metropcs and I used to be able to switch my sim card across multiple devices. Now I've got 2 unlocked oneplus ones and an unlocked GSM Samsung Galaxy Note pro 12.2 LTE and the sim is only working in one of my oneplus phones. When I switch the sim into the other oneplus phone it won't even recognizes it as if it's a foreign sim. I downloaded an exposed module called imei changer and changed the imei on my other oneplus phone so that it would have the same imei number as the phone that works with the sim. The imei changed successfully and I checked it with several imei checker apps and it was the working phone's imei but same thing still happens. Metropcs says they would register only one phone per sim. I already called them and asked for help.
I'm using the latest cyanogenmod 12s on my oneplus.
Any ideas?

CM12.1 File Manager is using network data. Why?

Why in the world is the CyanogenMod 12.1 file manager using my data network? I don't use it for network operations. Heck, I didn't even know it was capable of network access.

This worries me a bit, as it looks a lot like malware behavior.
