Root sm n-900 lollipop without tripping knox ????

I just received official OTA lollipop 5.0 for my note 3 sm n900
And i want to root without tripping knox
Is there a way to do that ?
I have international version of sm n-900

Network speed cm 12.1 n900

I flashed cm 12.1 on my note3 n900. I have a problem with 3g network speed. It's very slow, similar to 2g. Any one like me?
