[Urgent!] Unable to use my physical keyboard to code in Android Studio

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble using my physical keyboard on my laptop to enter the code or the package name. It just doesn't allow me to do so. All I can use is the touchscreen keyboard that is available on my laptop. Can someone help me on this?

SM-N9208 Duos Samsung Keyboard

So I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 SM-N9208, the dual sim Taiwanese version, because they do not sell the dual sim version in Australia.

The Samsung keyboard that comes with this ROM is honestly awful, the space bar is tiny on the huge screen, it won't let me remove Chinese as one of the languages and just trying to use symbols is a nightmare.

I was wondering, either how can I remove Chinese as one of the languages, or how do I install a different version of the Samsung Keyboard? The keyboard on the S6 was great, and I would love to get that back.

If neither are possible without root, is there any other keyboards or apps that have a number row built in and doesn't offer bloated predictive text? I normally don't type with predictive text on, and Fleksy/Swiftkey force you to use them.

Since I don't like the stock CM12.1 keyboard i tried to flash a samsung stock keyboard with cwm but the system ignores it

I've tried many keyboards apk but the only ones i like are the stock ones... is there any way to use stock samsung keyboard on Cyanogenmod 12.1 :confused:

Hi together,

since HTC desided to take out the oldschool 4x3 keyboard design :crying: I'm searching for someone who still has this feature build in...

I read that some time ago this feature was not available at sony but I also read that since an update on the Sony keyboard app available on google play this feature may be back.
Can someone confirm that the Z5 has this function? I mean a keyboard style like this:

I have modded Google Keyboard to include the new iOS 9.1 emojis! Please make a backup of Google Keyboard apk and /system/fonts/NotoColorEmoji.ttf before following the instructions.

Note: This has only been modded for KitKat and above. I'll update this post for Jellybean and others within a few hours
Not all of the emojis present in iOS 9.1 are currently supported.

Instructions:

1. Flash the zip file containing the new emojis.

2. Download and install the modded Google Keyboard.

3. Enjoy!

SM-N9208 duos keyboard

Hi I have the SM-N9208 duos Taiwan since I'm not using chinese keyboard would it be possible to change the keyboard to be something like SM-N920i version without rooting?
Currently I can change the language to English but still the keyboard layout is not as user friendly as the other international model.
Or would it be possible to change to Malaysia SM-N9208 keyboard?

Lagging Camera and Keyboard App.

I'm using a rooted Zenfone 2 551ML and i'm on stock Asus ROM, my problem is that when i take a picture using the stock camera app, it takes like 2 seconds to load before i can take a picture again. Also, while i'm chatting with someone over the Messenger app by Facebook, the keyboard pop ups lag sooo much that sometimes it renders the keyboard unusable since it's covering the letters. All software are up to date.

Does anyone else have this kind of problem, and if you have experience the same problem is there a fix for this?

Problem with applying theme after enabling On-Screen keyboard

I cannot apply another theme than the default samsung theme after enabling On-Screen keyboard. I want the look and feel of the new Nexus that is why i enabled the on-screen keys and use third party launcher to theme and use stock lollipop icons.

I want to use the "Material Design" Theme but another problem would be the keyboard being themed. I only want the stock apps being themed by it. I hope someone interested with theming would be able to help me. Thank you in advance.

HTC sense keyboard blocks the input window in landscape. Any solution?

Anyone know how to stop this. I remember installing some xposed module but it never working.

Request: Flashable zip of stock Samsung keyboard (International version)

i have G9287 rooted and very keen to have my International Stock keyboard from G928F ( i want Thai Language). The stock samsumg keyboard in G9287 is Chinese version and has no Thai language. I try everyway like push apk and set permission and it just force close, i found flashable zip from Note4 flashable zip but it small on the device. Anybody know how to create flashable zip please give me a hand

Keyboard Cover Detected Bug, anyone else experiencing this?

I've had 2 note 5's now, an N920A and an N920c and this same bug has appeared on both, but I want to see if;

a) anyone else has this?
b) anyone knows of a solution?

If I open an app running in the background in landscape (weird conditions, but this the only way I replicate it), so any game, or as it just was, Pokerstars. I get a popup message, saying Keyboard Cover Attached and then it changes the theme back to default.

As someone who hates Samsung's weird blue and green theme, its annoying to have to keep changing my theme every time I open certain apps
