Feel like I'm going to drop this thing all the time

I've had this phone for 48 hours and I've almost dropped it more times than I can count. I have the black rubber back on it, feels like I'm holding a bar of soap. The bumper helps a little but looks god awful on the phone. Should I case the phone or just deal with it. I'm on the brink of returning it but I really want to like this phone.

Phone dies after going to sleep (on battery)

Hello, newb here!

Yesterday I rooted my Note 3 Neo (SM-N7505) with stock 4.3 android and flashed TWRP. After that I flashed Note 4 Mini-S6 10.0 Final version.
Installation went well and everything works fine until the screen stays off for about 10 seconds. Then the phone just dies and I have to pull the battery. I already tried full wiping and reflashing but the problem still exists.
When USB is connected I can wake the phone up anytime.

Do I need to do any special steps for having a custom Kernel (Blue_spark) and audio drivers (Viper4Android)? Also, if I do a backup right now and flash it after being in stock will everything be restored back to as it was? Thank you in advance!

When are you going to add a file manager in your alpha version of android 6.0.0 for samsung galaxy grand duos ...it would solve lot of my problems
