What rom are you currently running, and why?

Hey, I wanted to know, of those of you who are still active in this forum, what rom are you using and why did you choose that rom.

I recently went back to stock briefly for a battery warranty claim. I was using and lime cm12.1 black for the sm700. Cm12.1 was very fast when I was using it compared to stock and some other roms .used

one e8 running problem after RUU !

hey guys ,
first of all excuse me for my bad english .
i have an euro one e8 single (401).

i didnt get the update message and recently try to update manually from Ruu
so , i found a 2.34.401.5 ruu.zip from xda and try to install it using sd card .
then i get the error the device halted due large image update failed .
and try to install it with adb , but nothing changed , then i just download the 2.33.401.5 Ruu.exe and try to install it and i faced the version error that said the current version is newer then the 2.33.401.5 , and now , i can only access to bootloader, also i couldnt find any newer version of ruu ,
so please help me what to do , is it possible to downgrade ? or does someone has the ruu files or a stock ruu ?

and the bootloader is locked and the phone is S-on also :(

Rooting samsung galaxy note edge sm-n915g running android 5.0.1

I am writing from India. I own a SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE EDGE, the details of which are as under :

I have never rooted my phone but I am really keen. Could someone be kind enough to assist me in this regard?

Running Linux-deploy on Eragon 4.0

I'm trying to get linu-deploy working but no matter what I've tried it always fails on ssh startup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

S4 running low on space

I have an S4 with OmegaRom v42 5.0.1 and as you can see below it is showing as internal memory almost full but I cannot find out where the space is.
when I updated from 4.3.1 to 5.0.1 I could still al ot of the old system files so I am guessing they are still around.
ES Explorer is not able to tell me where this wasted space is.

Is there anything I can do from recovery to clear some room?
Or another app which can tell me what exactly is taking up all this space?

Oh I also have FolderMount installed and I have some games which are stored on the SD card, that might be the reason for the erroneous size.

Running out of storage --- any solutions?

The fact that we don't have external storage anymore is really a pain in the ass, imho. I find myself having to keep a full nandroid backup on my phone because I'm often flashing and need a fallback --- but the space requirements are crazy.
What is everyone else doing about this limited space issue?

Is there a way to somehow connect the phone to an external drive and flash stuff from there (like a nandroid?)

How to keep FM Radio playing on background with Waze running

I have a 4.4.2 Caska Android HU.

Everytime I open Waze or Google Maps, FM Radio stops playing in the background.
But if the song is coming from Spotify or TuneIn, it keeps playing in the background.

Any solutions for that?

Marshmallow users, what are you running in place of app circle bar?

Hi guys, I've been running DU as my main ROM for quite some time now, but I'm itching to move to Marshmallow. I've been playing with it a bit today and I'm really enjoying it.
One thing I've noticed though is that none of the ROMs currently available have app circle bar yet, which I rely upon a lot.
Do any circle bar users that have moved to marshmallow have any recommendations for an alternative?

How do i update my rooted c6903 running 5.0.2 to 5.1.1?

What would be the easiest way to do it without deleting all my apps and data?

Also i'm currently running superuser and xposed on it.
