Edit/Clarification: This is a fast wireless charger with a max output of 10W for Samsung Note 5 and S6 Edge+. Fast Charge Not Working With 2.0 Fast Charger Power Banks

I have the below Power Banks and have been unable to establish a Fast Charge on my Edge Plus. I originally bought the Power Banks for my regular S6 Edge and they both worked with no problem.
I even tried using my USB cord that came with the phone and also bought these USB cords to no luck

It was in Battery options menu, But Cant find it there anymore...
