Loose piece inside the phone? Makes a rattle sound when shaking.

I got my N5x yesterday and I read online that some users are experiencing a loose piece of hardware inside the phone. I held the power/volume rockers down and shook again, it appears the loose piece is inside of the camera, or near it. When I opened my N5x, I tested this and mine's affected. I have a 32GB Carbon 5x. Anyone else affected by this? Do you think it should warrant an exchange?

Vibration rattle oder any other issue?

When I got a nexus 6 i had to send it back twice because of a terrible rattle sound of the vibrator. How is vibration at the 6p? I read about problems with the too sensitive power button. Is it really that bad? Is there any other issue with this phone. I'd like to order it tomorrow (deadline of the deal from my provider).
