Loose piece inside the phone? Makes a rattle sound when shaking.

I got my N5x yesterday and I read online that some users are experiencing a loose piece of hardware inside the phone. I held the power/volume rockers down and shook again, it appears the loose piece is inside of the camera, or near it. When I opened my N5x, I tested this and mine's affected. I have a 32GB Carbon 5x. Anyone else affected by this? Do you think it should warrant an exchange?

S-Pen makes a rattling noise in phone

The S-Pen is a bit shaky on the clicking end, and it makes a sharp rattling sound when the phone is shaken. Especially when you're tapping on the lower part of the glass (While typing mostly) - this is so irritating.

Any DIY thoughts to stop this ?
I couldn't find a S-Pen disassembly guide either.
