[Q] I have problem with bootloop. Video inside

I have Kiano Slim Tab7 and something is going wrong. I was trying to make reinstall with Livesuit, but i have not answer. Below is my video.

Loose piece inside the phone? Makes a rattle sound when shaking.

I got my N5x yesterday and I read online that some users are experiencing a loose piece of hardware inside the phone. I held the power/volume rockers down and shook again, it appears the loose piece is inside of the camera, or near it. When I opened my N5x, I tested this and mine's affected. I have a 32GB Carbon 5x. Anyone else affected by this? Do you think it should warrant an exchange?
