no matter what i flash, i always got my previous rom

hi, i got this weird problem with my galaxy nexus, after i turn it on, after 10-15 second everything crash and it reboot itself.

so, the problem is, no matter what i flash, i always got that system with all my app installed, i tryed manually from adb, with toolkit, formatting data, system, cache, nothing, i always got that system with all my apps, i tried, in that 10-15 seconds, to unistall some app, but after the reboot the app is still there. i can't install a custom recovery, i can't install any other rom, please someone help me because i have no idea on what to do

Apps open with (once only and always) option where?

on my Galaxy S6 i have the option, when i open a pdf (for example) it ask once only or always. But on my Note 5 i dont the option. Does anybody a idea, how i get the option on note 5?

I copied the 3 missing libs to Velvet in priv-app

Now, it shows "from any screen"

I think there might be other libs I forgot for s-voice.

Voice wakeup is missing from apps now. I can't find it as an apk.

In stock N4 it shows Always on.

What is required for Always on?
