Smart lock - require pattern after lock screen with app

On my Nexus 5 with Marshmallow, I use the smart lock and it works, but I have a problem:
When I lock screen with an app, for example Quick Reboot or Power Off, my phone require the pattern to unlock it.
Obviously if I lock my phone with Power button or swiping on nav bar (I use elementalx), it doesn't require the pattern to unlock, smart lock works.
There is a way to resolve this issue?
