Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Stuck on activating the phone

this device was reset to continue sign in with a google account! I can not activate my note 5 again after I did hard reset (clear all wipe/data).
continuously reapeating this message after login in with my account ( this device was reset to continue sign in with a google account)
even though I know my email address and my password!
I need help so badly please... :(
