Unlocked bootloader b830

Hey guys I had unlcoked bootloader and recovery on 5.1.1 and everything was fine but I did factory reset and after a few times (I had some problems, doesnt matter) I don't have unlocked bootloader now.
cmd says "access is denied"
What can i do ?
