blackout during flash

I was flashing my G2 when there was a blackout in the city. I presume I lost the root and USB Debugging, the phone reached 82% now i'm stuck on LG screen logo, the download mode is stuck too...WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!:crying::crying::crying:
