show text message with incoming call

hi i just got a t989 and got android 5.1 in it. I was wondering how to get a feature from my S5 in here.

Blocking Incoming Text Messages for Specific Time Period

I would like to be able to block all incoming text messages for a specific time each day (ie, 8:00 pm to 8:00 am). I understand how to do this with incoming calls, but is there a way to do this with text messages? An added bonus would be the ability to send an automatic response during this time.
