Weather effects not working

I just got an lg g3 from sprint, and the weather effects aren't working. it tells me to select a location because i don't have one set (although i do) I haven't ever successfully rooted any device and i don't want to brick my new phone, please help?

In this case , if it exist already a flashable zip ?

I like this system where you can change between movies , games and music .

I have used this mod in almost ALL my devices. Some ROM Developers even include this Audio Mod built into their ROMs.

I have tested ViPER in my SM-G530AZ and it works Fantastically with headphones and/or ear buds. When using this mod in speaker mod, I haven't noticed any difference
