Is there a way to get wifi calling tmobile to work on darklord n5 rom

Im not sure if this is because it's based off note 5 international. Seeing as though i just had it working on my note 3 before i flashed i tried to back up the wifi call settings. to much dismay i got no where but i am going to continue its a cool room with a bunch of features and it 5.1.1 whats not to like

How do I put WiFi Calling on Custom ROMs?

Hello, I currently am running Stock ROM from EE which includes WiFi Calling. I want to use custom ROMs but I cannot due to it not having WiFi Calling, I have asked developers but I have been ignored.
I do not have any signal at work nor at home so I rely on WiFi Calling, how do I put it on a custom rom myself?
