white screen problem

Dear All,

I wanted to kindly ask you for your help. One of the screens on my glasses has gone white. I tried to restart them, charge them, leave them turned off for couple of hours, but nothing, it's still white. Did you maybe have similar problem or have an idea what can I do to solve this issue.

Punctered white dot at the back of the phone.

So recently I wasn't able to remove my simcard. Simpleminded as I am, i thought the white dot right next to the simcardslot was a pencilhole for ejecting the simcard. Now there is a microscopic little hole there. Anybody know what the purpose of this spot is? Did I really damaged something now?
