[ROM][RECOVERY] HTC Desire 820q Dual Sim

Here is the STOCK ROM and STOCK RECOVERY for HTC DESIRE 820q Dual Sim

For those guys who have flashed custom recovery on their D820q dual sim and are searching for stock one, here I provide you the links for both the Stock Recovery and the Stock Rom.:):)

Credits :
* EZN-74 for the Recovery he had provided me and I have flashed it on my D820q and it worked.
* fergy for providing the Stock Rom/Firmware. However I didn't test the Rom and I don't know if it will work with other than the Indian Variant of D820q Dual Sim. (BTW I don't know much about flashing this Rom)

Downloads :
* STOCK RECOVERY
(Before flashing, I suggest you to rename the recovery from recovery 820q.img to just recovery.img)
* STOCK ROM

* I think most of you know how to flash the recovery as you have already flashed the custom ones. And for the Noobs:confused: who don't know how to flash, can flash the recovery provided by me by using the commands as provided HERE

HOW TO GET INTO STOCK RECOVERY
1. Flash the stock recovery
2. Turn on device and untick Fast boot from Settings >Power and then Power off
3. Hold Vol Down + Power to get into HBOOT menu
4. Scroll to Recovery option using volume keys and use power button to select
5. The device will display the Recovery icon with an Exclamation mark
6. Wait 10 seconds and Hold Vol Up and then press Power button
7. And Boom, you get into recovery.:good:

Guys do all these roms work on htc desire 816g? I just want to update lollipop and for some reason my phone isn't getting the lollipop update so I tried finding the link to update it manually but no download files. can any of you help me in this? would be grateful

HTC Desire 626s: Unknown Status bar icon

This icon Attachment 3516454 suddenly appeared on my rooted Desire 626s (MetroPCS) and I'm unsure of what it means. I've tried searching online for answers but I haven't been able to find anything. Does someone know what it means?

Desire Sync Manager

I've never been able to get my HTC Desire to sync (either to my PC or to my google online account), but now that it's 5 years old and time to upgrade it, I'd like to backup everything (well, phone book, contacts, etc) to my PC, and reload it to the new phone.

I've downloaded the latest sync manager from HTC and installed it, but the manager just says "no phone connected" and the phone says that it can't find the manager - even though windows 7 said that the driver was installing and was OK to use.

I did some research and found that this is not an uncommon problem. Apparantly the Desire is incompatible with the latest sync manager version so my question is, what version should I be looking for and where can I download it? Thanks

Not turning on (desire x)

Hey guys, I was going through the root process of rooting my HTC desire X, I successfully unlocked boot loader and even installed TWRP recovery . later I loaded the recovery and was checking it out , as I found there was an option to install superuser from the recovery itself , I clicked it and it ran a few scripts and my phone powered off. That's it from then I'm unable to turn on my phone , iv tried holding volume down and power button for more than 60 secs still no progress.....when plugged it after intervals of time it vibrates 5 times by itself (LED is orange not blinking just on) kindly help guys...:confused:
