Best firmware country for D2302 with better camera quality

Do you know which country that have a great quality camera?

Currency I'm using Indonesian version and the camera quality look weird and just like an asshole than kitkat version

I can't even read a text from the book that i captured the image using my camera

[D2302 ] sdcard exfat mount /fat32 4gb file limit

Is there any way to make my device mount sdcard format exfat or maybe remove the 4gb file limite in the fat32 format
