Did not see this here, and it is not my work. I just tested it on the P-607T and it works!! Should work on other 2014s too.
Screen Off Memo

ScreenOffMemo Activation process...
1. Install APK
2. Click Open after installation
3. Close App.
4. Lock Device
5. Pull S-Pen out.
6 Screen will flash and then go into Sceen off Memo
