Please forgive me if this has already been addressed before. I'm currently a college student with an entrepreneur mindset. My original plan was to create an app just to make extra income and be able to spend on things while in college. I only know PHP, HTML, and CSS for developing. With a lot on my hands right now, I literally have no time to teach myself to create apps for Android devices. Please give me an honest opinion here. Would creating and selling ROMS and/or themes be something I could do?
