READ NEED HELP NOW Unlocked Phone Factory Reset

OK, so I ordered this galaxy S6 Octa core 64 GB unlocked android phone from the site called DHgate.com. I got the phone today, and everything was great until I try to use the fingerprint scanner. The fingerprint scanner locked me out of my phone and I did a hard reset through recovery mode. The phone booted up again and now I no longer have access to 64 GB, only 16 GBand even though I don't have a Sim card inside the phone, before I factory reset it there was a 4G icon above the service bars. The 4G icon is no longer there, just a red X. And I'm pretty sure that my ability to be compatible with any carrier has been taken away also. The boot sequence is totally different now that it's been factory reset. I know that you can still factory reset a rooted phone, I'm wondering if I can recover my ability to have access to my 64 GB of storage and my ability to be compatible with any carrier. What cache should I boot this phone from, and what file is there to see that I can recover my ability to have back my storage and unlocked status? I did not reset the cache partition. I only did a factory reset from recovery mode.
