Karbonn Sparkle V - Tethering NOT working after update Android 6.0 Marshmallow

After update my Karbonn Sparkle V device to Android 6 Marshmallow, tethering is not working.

I have also set "tether_dun_required" to "0" in setting via ADB command. But not success.

If anybody having same problem after update to marshmallow? And have any solution for that?
I prefer solution which work without rooting. Also welcome solutions with rooting.
