HELP! TWRP bootloop. I have no idea what to do :(

I started messing with this apps 2 sd stuff. And I made some partition on my sd card idk. But my phone started acting up really bad and slow. So I took the sd card out and it was fine. But when I went to reset my phone It bootloops. I now have no idea what to do with out being able to get to recovery. I'm reasick d this is the last thing that needed to happen :(

All I can do is go is go to download mode.. But I have no idea what to do there. Just say downloading it I Remember using it to root.

I'm now phoneless... great..... never do a factory reset through cm12.1
