Help needed with installing twrp on lollipop 5.1.1

Phone:Samsung Galaxy S5

Android version: Lollipop 5.1.1

Kernel:3.4.0-5793883
Security Software: MDF v1.1 Release 4, VPN v1.4 Release 5.3
Its a plain canadien samsung.
No phone provider lock.

I need help with installing a recovery on my phone.
I have tried:
-using odin to instal twrp,failed
-using odin to instal CWM, failed
(Its as if my phone deletes/over rights the recovery every time I instal a new one)

If you have found a way to instal a custom recovery on this phone please inform me.
