Can anyone help me out, Recovery mode not working, Download mode working

i have once rooted my N7000 after using for few months, i returned to original Jellybean OS

But now my phone is not working ""No Recovery mode, only download mode"":(

tried to flash a ""TWRP CWM---PhilZ-cwm6-DDLSC-ODD-5.06.1.tar,,:rolleyes:

now i am middle of nowhere, only samsung logo & an yellow triangle. :confused::(
