The purpose of this ROM is create a Unified Cyanogen OS+MOD like experience for those of us that prefer to use CyanogenMod 12.1 rather than COS official builds.
This ROM is still seemingly stable and is suitable enough for daily use. It is fully functional as is and has been tested extensively.
Features:
Based on CyanogenMod 12.1 Stable YOG7D Branch with only a few small changes.
Integrated Independent System & Kernel Compilation
Uber GCC 4.8 Toolchains (Kernel & System currently).
O3 Build flags (System & Kernel)
More optimization flags to come :)

COS Converter Mod Notes/Known Issues:
Sometimes the App Themer gets buggy.. My solution.. Wipe all partitions and the Android folder off the Internal Storage. Reinstall ROM and this package.
To get App Themer working you must first fully apply the Hexo theme in Theme Chooser once.
These persist each restart unfortunately :(.

Reboot to recovery (TWRP preferred)
Wipe System, Dalvik, Cache, and Data partitions
Flash UnityROM
Flash COS Converter mod and/or Gapps..
Flash whatever else..
Reboot System
Enjoy.

PS: If anyone knows a way to get the Cyanogen OS Setup Wizard working I would appreciate the help. Seeing as the goal is to be as close as possible to COS and that's all that's missing at this point. Thanks
