messaging force close

Has anyone had problems with the messaging force closing on the h818p as I cannot receive text messages . tried factory reset but no good.

So, I was scrolling through the Carbon UI theme for CM12 by Zyxxeil on the PlayStore and I came across one of the screen shots.

Does anyone know what app this is? It's probably being themed with Carbon but I have no clue what the app is and it looks absolutely gorgeous. I want it, bad.
