Contact filter

Does anyone know where to filter contacts? Usually there is some setting to only show ones with phone numbers for example

Unknown SMS filter does not work.

I am active Unknown mode in Message block list but still be receiving all no contact sms , any advice ? My phone is N910C uses Sixperence 2.0. Thanks a lot.
