galaxy tab p7510 from liquidsmooth rom to ics stock/deodexed howto

any suggestions? i tried downloading 2 different stock roms but flashing failed.

Old "how-to" info for Customizing/Building ROMs Still Relevant?

I'd like to start getting into customizing ROMs, and I'd like to start with the OH3 TW ROM. I'm wondering if all the older "how-to" threads that reference Android Kitchen and whatnot are still applicable to 5.1? For instance, most of the threads I find about Android Kitchen are (at latest) from 2013. Thanks!
