Tcl 5120 custom rom

Hello, I have a TCL 5120 MT 6575 with its stock rom. I read that the Alcatel One Touch M'Pop 5020 has the same hardware, can you tell me if that is true? Because I found a custom rom for the Alcatel and I would like to flash the tcl with that one
