nexus 6 1103

hello all..
i want to order moto nexus from amazon usa unlocked 399 $ for 64 gb
the model is 1103 gt..

will i be able to use 4g lte in kuwait - middle east
my provider uses 3 1800 and 20 800 lte bands

but 1103 supports only 3 1800 lte but not 20 800...
so is will it support 4g lte and if it supports is there any disadvantage because of not having 20 1800 in
