Will not update

My phone is completely stock and unrooted. I took the OTA OE1 upgrade, but now my phone won't even check for updates to allow me to upgrade to OG5. When I push the "Update Now" button, it does nothing. PRL and profile will update though. Anyone experience this at all or know what to do? Sprint Customer support was useless trying to help me.
