I attach the most recent stagefright patch I extracted from a recent CM 12.1 Nightly build for pollux windy. This patches the recent vulnerability CVE-2015-6602 as well as all other vulnerability discovered thus far. I have tested this on my daily driver 12.1-20150822-NIGHTLY-pollux_windy. I created this because so I could use the most recent release of the EvoMix custom kernel for pollux windy on a rom that was build around the same time as the custom Evo kernel.
This patch should work with all CM 12.1 base roms.
