replacement place? recalled tablet

Hi guys I didn't know where to look this up at I wanted to know if I can return my old recalled tablet because the store I bought it from will give me store credit for the old recalled tablet just want to know if I need to do anything on my new tablet for it still to work after returning the recalled one don't care if it locks up or anything because I won't have it it anymore through the replacement plan warranty or do I have to send my old one to Nvidia just wanted to make sure my new one will still work after returning the old one anyone have this come up or here if I can't even do that thanks for any help haven't activated my new one yet wanted to check on here first to see if it's okay I did to do thanks for any information. And if I have to just send the old one in I wonder if they can transfer my warranty to the new one? Just in case it is wrong to send in the old one feel kind of bad doing that feels like dishonest thing to do
