Being a flashaholic its really annoying to see "Android is upgrading... Optimizing app xxx of xxx" every time I flash mods/kernels/roms, etc.. It seems I am the only person concerned with this as I dont find any threads or forums or blogs referring to this issue anywhere in the internet.
