How to enable HD Voice on sm-g9287

Hi !

i just bought an sm-g9287 from taiwan. all works great here in Austria on Network "Drei AT" Except HD Voice Calls.

is there any way to activate AMR WB in a service menu ? i also try to flash the latest official rom for Hongkong Customers but without any effect.
