Hey Hey Hey Replacement is BOC4

I was rooted for a long time on my original S5 but had to have it replaced with extended warranty. New phone a few months back came in as a BOE1 and I was bummed. Had to replace it again, the screen was literally coming off !! Replacement just came and it is a BOC4. I can root this right? Gonna take me a while to remember all I did. I used to use Odin for all my rooting/rolling back, etc. Now there's an app if I recall reading? Just tossing this out there don't flame me with the READ THE POSTS replies :) .... I hope there are active links out there still for towel root and the likes even. I messed up and didn't have them backed up and my Norton nuked all my copies during a system scan of the desktop.

It is currently downloading SDM update. Is that the system update to latest build or just SDM. I have force stopped it a couple times but it resumes. It's downloaded and prompting me to install. Haven't so my time is short to get this done ...
