Distorted sound above 50%

I bought a refurbished z00a model 3 days ago and rooted on day one and flashed RR. And realised the sound gets distorted after 50% . I don't think its common as i checked every review and nobody mentioned it. I also flashed the superzen (stock based) rom which also didn't help. I can't even watch videos or anything with this screeching sound.

And I've asked for a replacement but it will take a long time .
So is there any way to solve this problem?
