Build Prop edit

Hello, i altered my galaxy tab 3 7.0 build prop and it screwed up root. now root wont install properly. i changed my model number and name as well as some other stuff. i do not have a pc to use odin or adb. i tried flashing stock rom through stock recovery but it only wiped all my data and restored to factory settings without restoring original build prop file. upon flashing, my build prop backup was delete. would i be able to pull the build prop file from the stock rom zip and then flash the file via stock recovery? actually i do have a laptop pc but i do not have administrator rights. would i be able to enable usb debugging and replace the modified build prop file with the original build prop file from the stock rom? please let me know via email(alejandroespino1998@gmail.com) kik(sammyes1998) or reply on this thread. thank you
