First off, I run linux. This isn't a problem of drivers (at least it shouldn't be).
I've had Slim 9.0 on my tablet for what seems like forever. I haven't needed to plug it into a PC for over a year. Couple months ago I wanted to change what I had installed so I tried to plug it in. My laptop sees nothing at all.
It's normally really obvious when I plug in ANYTHING USB, example:
Now, my USB port felt kinda poop so I've ordered and installed a new USB board. Still nothing on my PCs.
Now the tablet will show AC/USB on the battery page depending on where I plug it in to charge. So I thought it might be the kernel but I swapped kernels and that didn't help. It doesn't show up in the bootloader or in fastboot either.
Anyone have any ideas?
Where do I go from here?
Is USB just dead?
