2 s6 - 1 german vodafone branding and fw and the other Vodafone with france fw and bl

My girlfriend has a S6.
From german vodafone. Firmware is newest Vodafone original.

Mine is also a Vodafone S6 but with french XEF firmware. Coi9 it says.

Problem:

I got a BB-8 from Sphero yesterday.
Her phone is connecting to my bb-8.
My Phone cant connect and doesnt find it. So it is not possible to use it with my french fw.

Is there a bluetooth problem with coi9 fw?
If so, then it is only for new Devices...
My galaxy gear watch still works. But it was paired with older fw.

P8 max France and Spain release new models???

Finally announced that the p8 max is coming to France and Spain 6 months later, are these different models with more lte bands.... Fingers crossed that they are international versions with lte bands 2 and 4 ?????
