[Q] How to enable 3-dot menu in GPE roms?

Hey guys,

I have a GPE HTC M8, and the only thing I really miss from custom roms is the system wide menu button. Is there a way to enable this button system wide, not only on apps that have it enabled?

Sometime you need use flashlight in a emergency, find a long time in the drawer, and also not find, it’s very inconvenient .
In fact, the official preset a code in the power menu, you can press the power button in a long time, in the power menu, you can find the switch.
Modify tutorial as follow:
Open system/customize/ACC/default.xml, find the follow code.

Modify false to true, then can open

Service Mode Main Menu blocked 910T

I want to restart GPS signal thru Service Mode by doing following steps:
-> type *#0011#
service mode shows up
-> menu press Back
-> menu Key Input enter Q
-> menu Key Input enter 0000
wait

After performing fallowing steps I can see "quick flash screen" it's like want to show me Main Menu but it can't.
Is T-mobile blocking access to main menu? I read on S4 to overcome this new modem is needed.
I'm on COG2, Emotion kernel r21, Rapture 8.2 ROM
