Based on latest 14.6.A.0.368 (5.1.1) deodexed.

No removal script so take a backup before flashing and wipe cache/dalvik cache after.

Nexus 5x display yellow?

Hello there, could you notice the display of 5x is yellow? From the unboxing and review videos, i can see all of them seems quite yellow when compared to other phones.

Could you give your comments on this? If there are photos provided would be appreciated.

Regarding LED and ambient display

Question 1)
Can I use both? Will ambient display show messages... Then when screen closes, the led kicks in?
Or would screen light up and led at same time

Question 2)

I use AC display... Which is sort of ambient display(never owned a moto or nexus 6).
Is ambient display basically the same thing? Meaning I won't need that

Moto G 2015 2GB Varient Display Problem

Hello Guys,

I recently bought a moto g 2015 2GB Varient. When i Look the device as straight i can see everything clearly. When i bring the phone close and slightly Turn I can see a texturing on my phone. I Can see these texturing when the Display is on. THese textures are similar just like back of moto G 2015. Is this normal or just the problem faced by me.

Who knows a calibration tool or mod for the amoled display?

I like very well this amoled screen vs ips expect for displaying my dslr photos..

Too saturated in photo or adaptative display, too cold in basic mode..

Very unprofessional vs my HTC m8, nexus 9 or my calibrated pcs...

I have found a xrite app that works with my calibration device but it takes a while to display each pic..

Is there a mod available to correct the amoled display? Or manually?

Vertical Line on display HELP!

Hey guys i found that when i have a low brightness set, especially on greey white backgrounds like whatsapp or empty chrome tab, i have a greysh vertical(straight from top to bottom) line on my S5.
Is that normal Should i go for warranty ?
If i set the britghtness higher the line isn't visibile.
Does any one expericence this ?

Display Screen Question.

Hi all.
I want to ask some question because I'm not sure if this is normal or not.
I have see four edge+ for now and all of them have the same issue.
On sunlight and only there with full white font or some other very light color and max brightness
you can see some darker marks on the screen like humidity. But it's not easy to located.
Some guy replace the phone with new other and again have the same issue.
I know the edge screen is very soft and particular. But this you can see only with sunlight. With normal daylight or led or other situation there seems absolutely nothing.
Your opinion will be useful for me.

Z5 Display problems brightness/illumination

Hi all,

i got a problem with my display.

The brightness/illumination on display when displaying content with white background is from what I see not correct.

A certain part in the middle of my display is clearly more illuminated then the rest. But only when showing the color white.

I did the diagnosis test in the menus and here it occurred again.

Does anybody have the same issue?

Is this a display problem so I have to change my phone? Or is this just a calibration problem?

[Q] Moto display and Today Calendar Pro

Hi,
when I used the free version of this app, moto display shown me the even notification. Nut since I've purchased the pro version, I can't see the event notification via moto display. When the notification pops up, the clock and the lock appear, but not the calendar icon that should.
Does anyone else have/had this problem ?

HELP! Note 4 Turns On No Display!

Hi, my att note 4 dropped from a small hill on to the sidewalk in about 20 feet in the air with a case, the case was made of a hard gel typish case and the case twists when you put twist the case . After that I picked up the note 4, there were no cracks and then when i turned the phone on I saw a led light when the Samsung boot animation comes but there was no display. I took out the spen and i started tapping on my pin number on my lock screen and i heard vibrations when putting the password. Any ideas about what to do? Please help im a student and this is the phone i have:crying:

Highly confused on ambient display

The menu option says that he screen will illuminate when lifting the phone or when a notification comes in. That would be fine except mine is acting more like the moto x and pulsing every few seconds which will kill an lcd battery.

my display (Xperia Active ST17i) doesn't work but other parts are OK. I want replace the display and I have an offer to buy Xperia X8 (E15i). Can I replace the display from X8 to Active? Is it the same type of display? Will it work? Thanks for your reply.

No SIM card, no camera and display issues after changing ROM.

Hello!
A few days ago I decided to root my M8 and change ROM to Google Play Edition. Something went wrong during installation and now my phone doesn't recognize a SIM card, camera doesn't work and display is glitching. So I wanted to use a backup file I created earlier, but it was corrupted...
I've already installed 4 different ROMs: InsertCoin, Stock GPE 5.1, Cyanogen CM12.1 and now I've returned to Stock M8.
The problem occurred on every ROM.

Performing NANDROID on S3 with no display

So I dropped my beloved S3 and the display is dead. The screen is blank, but I can still answer calls since touch still works and I remember where to slide to answer calls.

It's probably just a connector that's come loose and I can probably fix it by disassembling it over the weekend but I really can't do without my contacts, messages and app data until then.

I'd like to do a NANDROID and transfer the contents over to another S3.. Is there any way to do this without looking at the screen? For e.g. in download mode with odin? I believe I had cwm 6.0.4.x touch and neatrom installed.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Display goes black after flashing roms

I have flashed cm 12.1 Wilson3q's Build on mi 4i but its not booting.
I am getting black screen after mi logo.
Nothing is showing up
Also i tried RESURRECTION REMIX_5.5.7, it got booted up but after the "optimizing apps" screen the screen got black and nothing is working
What can be wrong?
Help me guys pl
