Nokia Lumia 930 Dead after flashing

Hello. I was using windows 10 on my phone since it was released as insider preview. Today I decided to go back to 8.1 via the microsoft official tool and then update again to 10, because of the new updates that I wasn't able to get by the normal way. I have done this before, totally works. I connected the phone into the PC via the USB and the software started to download the package, then started installing. In the middle of the installation, the connection between the PC and the phone broke.(Later on I discovered that the USB didn't work properly....) and yeah, after that the only thing that was on the phone was a RED screen(I see this for the first time and yet I have done this before) with Nokia text on it and a progress bar. I tried to turn off the phone, but it didn't work. Couple of minutes ago the phone turned down itself and that was it. Since then, I can't turn it on. I tried holding the volume down button + power button - nothing, I tried with holding the volume down button + power button + camera button - still nothing. When I try to connect it to my PC(with working USB lol) it only says that the device is not recognized....

So, is there any way I can fix this without returning it to the store? I still can't figure out why the screen was RED and why an installation failure didn't just sent me back to the version I was on, instead of doing this... Any suggestions?

Need help on Flashing Xperia SP C5302. Its gone dead while flashing.

I'm using Xperia SP from 3 years. Recently, I was about to flash CM12.1 Lollipop ROM.

I did these things seqentially as below -
1. I rooted the phone via Towelroot app.
2. Backup DRM keys with Bakup_TA_Master.
3. Then, Unlocked the Bootloader via Fastboot cmd. (link : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2354721 )
4. After that I flashed CWM v6.0.3.5 & created full Backup.
5. Wiped Chahe, Dalvik Chahe, Data & System.
6. Tried to Flash CM 12.1 ROM (downladed from LINK: https://github.com/CyanogenMod/andro...e_sony_huashan )

BUT soon after a few minutes of installalation my device showed an error message and it shut down and doesn't started.
It don't shows bootloader, no SONY logo, not reboots to CWM Recovery. It is almost dead, But.....
The only two things it allows me to do is boot to Fastboot Mode & Flashboot Mode when connecting to PC via usb cable.

I dont know what to do now..........

is my phone dead?

Hello,
i have a moto g 2014 i had cm 12.1 installed earlier then i came across the snapshot build so i decided to update the version.
After doing so i had some issues with it and it would give up some error and the phone would restart again so i tried switching back to the old cm 12.1 version again from recovery but it was of no use.
So i flashed it to 4.4.4 kit kat stock version which i had, the phone was working properly until when i decided to update it from kit kat to lollipop, the download was successful but as soon as the window(where the green android working is shown) was done with the phone went unresponsive, nothing but a black screen is now seen.
phone is totally unresponsive now, it cant power up nor i can open the recovery or bootloader menu?
is there any way to solve this?
PLEASE HELP! THANKYOU IN ADVANCE

I am so dumb. Dead WIFI/BT. List of what I have tried, what can I do?

Passed out with a protein shake in one hand, brand new Oneplus 2 in the other. Woke up with the OP2 and my pants filled with a thick vanilla protein pool.

I'm special.

I wipe the phone down- not really knowing how bad I had damaged it, just looked like the screen had some of the shake on it at first glance.
[FYI: the phone was powered on it while it soaked in the protein pool for 5 hours- and stayed on. ]

I flick the notification switch and yep, still running. Immediately powered it off (was also VERY hot). I almost considered it a wash and decided to wait for another invite and keep it for parts, but I want to try to repair it.

Knowing my warranty doesn't mean jack at this point- I immediately removed the bamboo back cover, it looked as though looks like someone spilled ice cream all over the backplate and body okate, this thing definitely got a bath.
Voided the white sticker screw along with the 18 others. Removed the ‘un-removable battery’. Then let it dry (big ol’ bowl of rice). I'm not sure made it worse or better as the protein shake was very dense- the internals had hardened delicious vanilla plaque caked all over upon inspection of removing the back plate.

Visually inspecting the shame, the headphone jack had allowed the shake to trip directly into the mainboard, now half way crusted over. Areas of the part of the PCB I could see looked a little bit wet- I dabbed them with an iso pad, then dabbed with lens cloth and decided to let it sit in a rice-bowl again for another day or two..

Day 5 of drying... at this point, I decided ‘screw it- let's see what works. Put the battery back in and powered it on. LTE-working, LCD/touch/buttons, working.. No Camera/WIFI/Bluetooth/Speakers/GPS do not work at all. No MAC addresses for WIFI NIC or BT NIC.

Oddly, text/system notifications created output but it didn't seem to come from the speakers on the bottom. No music players could output anything through the main stereo speakers. Calls (earpiece and mic) worked fine.

I sigh, and stare ate the mess of a brand new OP2. It half-ass works. I almost considered it a wash and decided to wait for another invite and keep it for parts, but I want to try to repair it.
  • I took all of the internals apart minus the LCD/Digi.
Meticulously cleaned for around 2 hours using iso alcohol for the frame edges, headphone jack, and various other parts- also used a PCB cleaner that is safe for use on various plastic polymers/butyl rubber/whatever.
Got the main PCB and bottom PCB nice and shiney, however the items covered by the poriforated EMI shield I cant get into to clean without either a dremel (yikes) or somehow bending/cutting the top off. Any tips here? I believe the WIFI, BT, and audio amp are stored under here.
At this point, If you looked at the internals you wouldn't notice anything had been spilled into it (other than the water-tamper stickers being red)
I take a blowdryer to the PCBs on low and the interior to quickly evaporate the iso and PCB cleaner for about 15 minutes.
I waited about 3 hours before putting the battery back in.

Now I have working headphone jack, speakers, both cameras, and GPS (and LTE/GSM has always worked so that's fine too). Now the only problems are Bluetooth and WIFI.. again no mac addresses and they do not allow me to toggle them on.

Full system wipe to stock, and I mean ALL the way stock. Wiped the heck out of everything except the boot loader and even flashed the stock boot loader back on. Still cannot enable WIFI/BT.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Word around here is that you cannot buy the logic board, and the only other options is to buy another or find someone who cracked their screen and use their PCB.

Two dead cables in a week

Hey there, two of my micro USB cables just died in a week. I've been using my Samsung cable for like 2 or 3 years without any problem with my Galaxy.

Then I got this Chinaphone and two of my cables died in a week. The Samsung one isn't even charging the phone, it's completely dead. The one that came with the phone is now only charging the phone, but not connecting it to PC. Both cables worked fine for few days, charging and connecting it to a PC.

Not even going to recovery and mounting USB storage is being recognized by the PC.

Is there a possibility that my phone is killing them or what? What should I do?
